Bid Manager for a Global Construction Company

Bid Manager - Central London

A highly regarded global construction company is looking for an energetic Bid Manager to join their bid team. You will be working across various sectors within the business to help create new, innovative and high-quality bids.

As a Bid manager you will need to analyse the client's needs in much detail and ensure that the bids reflect the client's organisation and requirements. You will need to be able to work under pressure and bring together individuals from different teams to meet tight deadlines. You will also be involved in supporting and training your team, including relaying feedback obtained from bids to ensure the quality of bids is constantly improving.

We are looking for an energetic individual who has experience writing compelling bids as well as the ability to review and edit material. This company encourages organic growth meritocratically. The successful candidate will possess strong organisational and project management skills. You will be offered:
