We are very excited to be partnering with a well-established luxury drinks company based in Hampshire on a Supply & Demand Planner role, to join their supply chain team. It is a great opportunity to join a company with a great culture and people, where you'll be able to make a difference quickly.

As a Demand and Supply Planner you would be supporting both demand planners and supply planners, as well as collaborating with the commercial teams to improving forecast accuracy and challenge distributors based on historical data.

Key responsibilities:

  • Build collaborative relationships and support commercial and customer relations teams.

  • Create and maintain forecast by analysing market and purchasing plans, historical sales data, brand changes and new product development.

  • Understand and analyse trends to challenge the commercial teams.

  • Prepare summary reports, highlighting major risks and opportunities.

  • Support supply chain KPIs.

  • Prepare bottom up forecasts to support the S&OP process.

About you:

  • Demand planning experience, min 2 years.

  • Experience working in an FMCG business.

  • Strong analytical and Excel skills.

  • University degree, desirable.

  • Able to build strong relationships

  • Strong communication skills

  • Proactive and hard working
