A firmly established national organisation who specialises in everything from domestic and commercial relocations, removals, storage and crate hire to highly skilled change and project management services are looking for experienced Senior Supervisors at several locations across the UK.  

The company has long term contracts with large corporate businesses, public sector bodies and national facilities management companies. As a result it has dedicated resource centres throughout the UK to enable them to provide specialist moving services to a vase array of organisations in a wide range of industry sectors. What will you be doing as a Senior supervisor/Team Leader?

  • Leading, managing and motivating teams moving household and office furniture and other items to new premises or storage
  • Driving company vehicles
  • Leading and managing smaller moves/projects in conjunction with the Move Manager to complete the project as a whole
  • Leading by example training and developing your team in delivering best practise, quality and standards
  • Completing technical aspects of decommissioning/commissioning of either furniture and/or IT
  • Managing external contractors during the delivery
  • Ensure Health and Safety legislation is adhered to
  • Acting as a client liaison on site between different departments and the on-site team
  • Completing regular removals as and when required

In return for your hard work you will be rewarded with a base salary of £24,000 to £29,000 per annum, plus up to 15 days overtime per annum, 28 days holiday, pension scheme, extensive benefits package, full company training and ongoing support in your career development and vocational qualifications.
