Bid Manager
West London
£45,000 - £50,000 basic plus excellent benefits package.

My client is a world leader of innovative security products and solutions. The company provides professional and customised solutions within various sectors including transportation, healthcare, education and public security. To support them in their continued growth they are now looking to add an experienced Bid Manager into their Demand Creation team.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and lead day to day bid activity and process from start to finish.
- Review and update the companies bid process regularly and adjust when necessary to suit the scale of the opportunity.
- Produce bid documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance and relevancy.
- Carry out research of Bid subjects and ensure these are completed within the set timescales to increase success rate.
- Establish win strategies for quality led bids.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Experience in the security industry, particularly CCTV.
- Experience in a previous Bid Management role or similar.
- Good technical understanding of product.
- Technical or engineering background with similar products.
- Good communicator and organisational skills.
