My client is a well established freight forwarder who is seeking an experienced Sales Support/ Operations Clerk to join their successful team.
Duties would include:
- Quoting customers
- Handling key accounts
- Cold calling
- Following up on sales leads
- Tracking shipments
- Updating customers on their shipments
Skills needed:
- Proven experience in freight industry
- PC literate
- Ability to make cold calls to generate new clients
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Good time management and organisational skills.
Working hours:
- Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30
