This buying role requires you to work with developers and architects to deliver budgets for the build of new homes. Working closely with these stakeholders you will be required to cost a building project and challenge where necessary the use of materials.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have a minimum of 2 years buying experience and be able to read technical drawings for construction.
