Supply Chain Manager Job in Rotherham

Your new role
To build on existing relationships with suppliers to ensure material arrives to factory OTIF. To manage order books and challenging any problems likely to arise in good time as well as managing materials controllers and working closely with the projects teams. To be able to react to changing schedules and reducing the risk of material shortages. To work with ERP systems to keep trackers up to date coupled with developing the MRP system

Demonstrable knowledge and experience of MRP (SAP desirable)
Exposure to working with suppliers in the Far East
Team management experience
Achievements relating to supplier management, OTIF and inventory.
Worked within a Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain environment (ideally within manufacturing).

What you'll need to succeed
To demonstrable knowledge and experience of MRP coupled with an exposure to working with suppliers in Europe with past team management experience. Someone that has achievements relating to supplier management, OTIF, industry and worked within a Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain environment

What you'll get in return
A salary of up to £40,000 depending on experience with a fantastic pension and holiday package.
