 My client are looking for a full time Purchaser to join their team at their busy Maidstone office. The candidate should have at least 3 years’ experience in a purchasing environment and be capable of calculating material quantities from drawings. Previous purchasing experience within the construction industry is essential.

The correct candidate for this role will be motivated and able to work both individually and as part of a team. You will need to work under pressure in a busy office environment and be efficient in managing numerous projects at one time, as well as maintaining good communication with all sites and suppliers.

The candidate will have to have strong computer skills and excellent knowledge in all Microsoft products in order to work on and maintain the clients software package which runs the purchasing, scheduling and project management within the company.

The salary for this position Is negotiable but paying up to £40,000 per annum depending on the experience of the candidate.
