Fitzroy Solutions are recruiting a Head of Commercial and Procurement This company are a market leader in their field and are seeking an experienced Head of Commercial and Procurement to join the business in their central London offices. Responsibilities of Head of Commercial and Procurement include:
- Create and manage supplier review framework and facilitating supplier meetings.
- Identify opportunities for supplier rationalisation and contract renegotiation.
- Construct RFI/RFP/RFQ’s and manage the tender process.
- Develop scorecard framework for the ongoing evaluation of supplier performance.
- Communicate and monitor objectives, quality standards and Key Performance Indicators for suppliers.
- Development and ongoing management of the Technology Vendor Management.
- Establishing and delivering an appropriate internal reporting pack to include SLAs, OLAs and KPIs to make visible progress on operational efficiency.
Skills of Head of Commercial and Procurement include:
- Experience with software licensing, hard procurement and outsourcing agreements.
- Negotiation and influencing skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Experience of supply chain management, vendor selection and of negotiating and agreeing preferential rates with suppliers.
- Able to build effective supplier relationships.
- Stakeholder management.
