International Sales/Export Coordinator
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and administrative skills. The successful candidate will be driven and keen to learn and assist in day to day tasks, in addition undertake and assist the global growth of the department. The role will offer an active opportunity for progression and career development.
You will manage the export order process from receipt to delivery, liaise with operations and logistics to ensure customer deliveries are fulfilled within agreed time scales, produce Excel reports to monitor gods out the door and incoming orders, ensure all export documentation and information required for the creation and sending of goods and you will provide effective after sales service to European customers. You will process and handle European orders, returns, cancellations and issues in a timely manner, assist in the sales and day to day contact for the company’s European client base and provide administrative support to the International Sales Manager which will include calling customers to chase projects, quotations and pro-forma invoices. You will support European Marketing activities and maximise any new product launches, promotions and exhibitions. You will also provide research into potential new customers.

The ideal candidate will be a keen problem solver with the ability to manage and organise own day and workload effectively, possess an excellent sense of delivering good customer service and building business relationships, have excellent IT skills with a sound knowledge of Word & Excel and Sage 200 experience would be a distinct advantage. Any Export Documentation experience would be a distinct advantage.
