An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Demand Planner with a "Sunday Times Fast Track 100" company based in Cambridge. This is a high profile role that will see you report to the Financial Controller and Directors
Responsibilities
- Manage all stock movements, tracking daily
- Manage all supplier rebates, end to end
- Conduct three way invoice matching
- Spotting and identifying any potential phasing issues
- Assist with sales and profit reporting
- Be the go to person for all stock discrepancies
- Lead any stock analysis required for audit
Key Requirements
- Experience of working in growing retailer, manufacturer or distributor
- Knowledge of dealing with retail supplier rebates - volume discount rebates, sales out allowances
- Experience of supporting a company through audit
- Advanced excel skills - VBA knowledge preferred
- Experience of stock turn analysis, first in first out (FIFO) and average cost stock valuation methods
- A problem solver with a can do attitude
- Extensive knowledge of stock management, tracking and auditing
