Service Operations Manager
£45K - £50 + Commission
Position based at clients Head Office in Maldon OR Home-based

Gap Professional are representing a successful manufacturing organisation based in Maldon, Essex and as part of the development and continued growth of my clients Global Service, it has been identified that the business needs to concentrate on the development of the spare parts business.

Therefore, this role has been created to head up this important business area, ensuring the business is managed and developed into a world-class Service organisation, providing a highly effective and efficient service to the customers. You will work alongside the local country service managers in order to achieve these objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES for the Service Operations Manager:
• Financial Planning & Reporting
• Support to Local Service Teams
• Project Management
• Health and Safety
• Customer satisfaction
• Strategy & Business Plans
• Account management of service customers.

QUALIFICATIONS for the Service Operations Manager
• HND in Engineering (preferably HVAC)
• Minimum 5 years team Management experience

EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 5 years HVAC service industry experience managing service operations and/or service dispatch / scheduling.

HOURS:
Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00 with 60-minute unpaid lunch break
