This is your opportunity to join a global business who are growing at impressive rates. As the Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for their fulfilment operation in Thetford. They are a forward thinking 3PL who are constantly investing to ensure the business is moving forward.
Description
You will be responsible for for leading the fulfilment site to achieve all customer orders/expectations.
Working in a busy fast paced ecommerce environment, you will oversee all facilities, local HR, training, health and safety, KPI's and customer service.
With the support of your management team, you will be the driving force for this operation.
This is a massive growth opportunity, you will be working closely with the senior leadership team to further develop the site and to aid the development and grow your team!
Profile
This position will be suitable for an experienced Shift Manager/Operations Manager from a Ecomm/Fulfilment operation and ready to step up!
Start up experience is not essential but very desirable.
You will be a strong people manager who works hard to engage and motivate.
It is essential for you to be health & safety focused with a high level of attention to detail.
