My client is a well established Freight forwarder seeking n outgoing enthusiastic KEY ACCOUNTS COORDINATOR to join their busy team!
Daily duties:
- Answering incoming calls and monitoring/responding to emails in a timely manner
- Completion of export documentations
- Completions of dangerous goods paperwork for all modes of transport
- Organise transport by air/road or sea
- Data entry
- Handling customers queries
Skills needed:
- Previous air and road freight experience
- Dangerous goods regulations essential
- Knowledge of export operations
- Good customer service skills
Working Hours:
- Monday - Friday 09:00-17:30
