Short description of role:

Our client is half way through a new Media Buy and is in need of a Supplier Relationship Manager to manage the relationship. The successful candidate will sit within the fundraising team but will cross over a lot with the marketing team. The organisation is taking a strategic approach to the choice and management of its suppliers with a view to maximising value for money and quality of performance. The post will work with their Marketing and Fundraising directorates to ensure that strategically critical suppliers and agencies (including their paid media agency, merchandise supplier and, eventually creative agencies) deliver excellent quality to all stakeholders.

Experience required

• Procurement management
• Commercial marketing experience (ideally within a fundraising team but not essential)
• Account management

Duties and key responsibilities to include

• Build and manage strategical critical supplier/agency relations and ensure a consistent level of high performance that meets business objectives.
• Establish close relations with senior stakeholders from across Marketing and Fundraising while also operating effectively across finance, legal, procurement and other directorates.
