A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a passionate and enthusiastic customer service professional to join a busy customer care team to help with logistics, import and export. This is a varied and fast-paced role which will involve coordinating international shipping, offering outstanding customer service and processing all sales orders.

The role of the Logistics Coordinator will involve -

• Offering outstanding customer service to customers via email and over the phone
• Resolving any customer queries and complaints that arise
• Coordinating international shipping and distribution of products
• Managing the full administrative cycle from pre-order queries, processing of invoices, dealing with customer order discrepancies, sales order confirmation
• Stock control for world wide depots
• Processing all sales orders
• Liaising with logistics companies to book transport
• Supporting other internal departments where necessary
• Reception and other administrative duties

The ideal person will have -

• Previous sales order processing experience
• Understanding od the laws and regulations that apply to international shipping
• Knowledge of logistics
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
