Logistics Coordinator
£22k - £25k
Location - LS2 9et
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a passionate and enthusiastic customer service professional to join a busy customer care team to help with logistics, import and export. This is a varied and fast-paced role which will involve coordinating international shipping, offering outstanding customer service and processing all sales orders.
The role of the Logistics Coordinator will involve -
- Offering outstanding customer service to customers via email and over the phone
- Resolving any customer queries and complaints that arise
- Coordinating international shipping and distribution of products
- Managing the full administrative cycle from pre-order queries, processing of invoices, dealing with customer order discrepancies, sales order confirmation
- Stock control for world wide depots
- Processing all sales orders
- Liaising with logistics companies to book transport
- Supporting other internal departments where necessary
- Reception and other administrative duties
The ideal person will have -
- Previous sales order processing experience
- Understanding od the laws and regulations that apply to international shipping
- Knowledge of logistics
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
