As Procurement Manager - Property Services, you will develop and grow the portfolio of contract and suppliers to support the UK operations. This will include Estate and Land Management, Capital Works, Property and other related services.

Partnering key stakeholders and the wider Procurement team you will:

  • Develop a range of contracts around property management
  • Identify requirements and develop the Supply Chain Strategy
  • Manage workflow alongside legal
  • Generate and record savings for the company by effective supply chain management
  • Develop a supplier base that is appropriate to the size and complexity of the organisation, and mitigates the supplier risk in a suitable manner;
  • Ensure that risks are understood and mitigated to an agreed level through effective contracts and development of appropriate professional relationships with key suppliers and contractors;
  • Assist with the ongoing review of Supply Chain practices and procedures and ad hoc project work.


Applicants must have previous procurement experience within the Property Management / Capital Works Category area and have strong knowledge of JCT and NEC Contracts.

Robust stakeholder engagement and communication skills are also important for this role. UK travel will be required.
