Established over 20 years ago, this company specialises in design through to manufacturing of specialist electrical products. This company prides itself on its high reputation within the industry, offering cutting edge and bespoke products. Due to continuous growth and an extremely heavy workload, they now require an additional Sales and Purchasing Administrator to join the sales team.

In this extremely varied role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, communicating effectively to gain an understanding of their needs. You will be speaking with various suppliers to source supplies and negotiate prices. You will assist with telephone queries from customers and suppliers, you will ensure all orders, invoices and credit notes and processed correctly thought the company's internal systems.


The Role:
* Sales and Purchasing Administrator
* Speaking to various suppliers to source supplies and negotiate prices
* Using an in-house order and purchasing database
* To ensure orders, invoices, credit notes are processed correctly and efficiently via
SAGE 50
* £23,000 - £26,000 DOE + Training, Development, 10% Monthly Bonus, 8% Pension, Holidays and Excellent Benefits

The Person:
* Has experience of liaising with external businesses/client
* Excellent Communication Skills
* Excellent Relationship and Rapport Building skills
* Self Motivated with strong time management skills
