LB Recruit is working with a fast-growing client in the construction industry, who are looking to recruit a skilled and experienced Operations Manager. My client needs someone who is highly organised and experienced in delivery management in order to oversee the daily workings of the business, plan and implement schedules and make sure that deadlines are met with the highest possible quality of product and service. My client is offering a competitive base salary and a fun and lively work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate activities related to operational decisions.
  • Ensure all delivery deadlines are met.
  • Manage the stock control.
  • Purchase all materials required.
  • Plan schedules and review workload.
  • Monitor all delivery standards to ensure everything produced is of the highest quality.
  • Manage client expectations in regards to order changes, delivery interruptions etc.
  • Engage in a professional and confident manner with clients and employees.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Operations Manager.
  • Experience in delivery management.
  • Extremely organised.
  • A prior understanding of deliver management systems and the role at hand.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • This role requires someone who is quick thinking, proactive, determined to excel and can effectively problem solve whenever needed.
  • MUST HAVE INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE - CONSTRUCTION SERVICES/PRODUCTS
