Purchasing Manager

We're looking for a Purchasing Manager to take control of our European and Asian supply chains. Could it be you?
We're a recognised brand in the world of plastics (yes we're also diversifying into eco-friendly as well with bamboo and wood). We're about to move in to our new South London / Surrey office and we're looking to add to our strong team.
9-5.30pm Monday to Friday your new role will be predominantly office based but you will also be expected to travel to Europe and Asia a couple of times a year, so a little bit of flexibility is a must.
Your role is integral to our entire process. The purchasing of materials helps define our new products by sourcing and implementation of the production process. We have a great new plan over the next few years (new office new directions!) and we want you to get involved supporting target development and company objectives.

For the ideal candidate we do want somebody who has previously been buy at an international level.
There's a lot of number crunching so we need you to be very analytical and great with figures. Excellent communication skills that come with the ability to be persuasive for when it comes to negotiation is ideal.
We want somebody who is confident and who wants to grow. We're an SME with strong ideas and we want somebody to jump in and get involved.
