The client are a 5* house builder and one of the UK's top 10 house builders with a regional office based in Newbury that deliver volume traditional build housing across Wiltshire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Hampshire.

They are currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager to manage 4/5 x 100+ unit traditional build schemes across Oxfordshire, Wiltshire and West Berkshire. Candidates must have at least 3 years experience working as a Contracts Manager for a large house builder and must be based within an hour of Newbury. Due to the level of experience required the client have stated they would be looking to pay up to £75k + package.

Responsibilities


- Liaising closely with the Site Manager to make sure the day to day running of the project goes smoothly
- Involved in site staffing as well as contract planning, programming and costing

To be successful for this job, you will have Contracts Managing experience, ideally gained within a trade's capacity. You should have a degree in Construction Management but not essential.
