We are currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager for our client in Bournemouth who specialise in flat roofing systems, single ply membrane, liquid membrane and felt roofing. The company work to high standards, is very ethical, have a strong network are well established with exciting expansion plans. They are forward thinking in their approach, fast paced and very driven.
The ideal candidate must have roofing experience and a proven track record of running multiple projects from beginning to end. Strong management and organisational skills are also required as well as a good knowledge of Health and Safety. You will need to be able to carry out risk assessments, have good communication and numeracy skills. A can do attitude,enthusiasm, and proactive manner are all attributes required for this role.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a large part of an expanding business working alongside the owner who has lots of energy, passion and drive.
A valid driving licence will also be required as you will be covering various locations in the South.
