Distillery Operations Manager
North West
We are looking to recruit a Distillery Operations Manager to manage the day-to-day operations at a lovely distillery. This a completely new role and they are keen to take the best they can.
There have been some serious investments and the expansion of their production team is one of those investments.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the company objectives are executed in compliance with the set out standards
Carry out all distillery operations from raw material handling to storing and bottling
Able to identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement
Help yourself and others with their personal and career development
Assist the Operations Director with setting up and maintaining departmental targets and objectives
You:
A proven track of relevant experience in a distilling & warehousing environment
Have a good understanding and experience with all legislations and legal requirements
Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and adhere to deadlines
Methodical, logical, organised and efficient, works on their own initiative with high level of attention to detail.
To drive production against an agreed target.
A relevant brewing/ distilling qualification
