After acquiring a large residential project in London, we are investing in new residential and commercial projects in UK. To support the fast growth of business, we are recruiting an experienced Business Operation Manager to support Executive Director to manage the whole process of developing residential and commercial projects, from investment, design, construction until handover.

Job title: Business Operation Manager

Location: City of London, London

Basic salary: £70,000 - £75,000 per annum

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week

Holiday: 25 days annual leave + bank holidays

Closing Date: 2 July 2019

Responsibilities:

  • Find out what the company wants to achieve and support Executive Director to develop and manage the residential and commercial projects of the company.
  • Assist investment team to evaluate potential residential and commercial projects, analyse new investment opportunities, conduct financial analysis and modelling, and manage advisors and due diligence work streams.
  • Work closely with design team to produce innovative design to maximize the financial potentials of residential and commercial projects and reflect the strategy of the company.
  • Align with relevant teams to define the timescales, costs and resources needed for developing new residential and commercial projects.
  • Work closely with the construction management team to draw up a detailed development plan for how to achieve each stage of the residential and commercial projects.
  • Govern the project delivery and ensure each stage of projects to progress on time, on budgets and to the quality and standards required.
  • Manage the handover process of the residential and commercial projects after completion and ensure the achievement of various project targets.
  • Report regularly to senior management and parent company about project investment, development and performance and the risks that the company may be exposed to.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in managing real estate projects including residential and commercial projects.
  • Relevant experience in managing the whole process of real estate projects, including investment, design, construction and handover.
  • Relevant technical experience in real estate design or construction management.
  • Relevant skills in financial analysis and modelling.
  • High work standards with good performance record.
  • Excellent language skills in both English and Mandarin, verbal and written.
  • 2:1 and above in relevant degree
