FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY , this role has just been created due to a large restructure and the growth of a UK pub company, this role is a North of England and you will be working closely with the 5 Regional Managers and reporting to the Operations Director, working across a portfolio of 200 pubs across the patch & growing! A bit about the company! My client has just hit some exciting times, a big re-structure so they are looking for an Operations Manager, to help drive and push sales revenue throughout the North of England, a big challenging but rewarding role - Pubs/retail experience is needed. This is a mixed of different pub concepts, but the ideal candidate will come from a retail /pub but also sales driven background , you will be in charge and responsible for the direct negotiation with Regional Managers working for both sides to agree and strong result. This will require strong leadership skills, man-management, working relationships and the high-profile hard hitter to keep this great UK concept growing and driving forward. The Operations Manager will have extensive experience in the following.... * Development of the core business in the North * Development of new proactive sales systems and processes * Developing promotions for the group as well as working closely with onsite teams to implement individual Promotions and marketing Collateral * Full P&L awareness * Strong commercial awareness of the sector - hospitality leader * Part of the Operations team, making decisions across the group with the Operations Director * Budget setting and forecasting for the portfolio of pub businesses * Leadership skills is essential, proving this at interview is key!
