My client, who are a live events AV company based in the city of London, are looking for an experienced AV operations manager to join their team. The successful applicant will be offered an excellent salary, and healthy benefits package.

Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Managing and set up of events and conferences from budgeting to final production
  • Line management of technicians
  • Supervision of live events
  • Ensuring the highest standards of customer service
  • Preparing, installing, and de-rigging the equipment we supply to clients in the meeting rooms
  • On-site client contact services - equipment hand-over

Essential requirements to this role are:

  • You are responsible for the smooth delivery of technical services within the meeting rooms at a client venue
  • This includes the preparation of the equipment we provide and the provision of technical support in the meeting room
  • You are responsible for control of stock and the maintenance of appropriate records to assist the management team
