We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivating Manager, to join our busy In-House Brands team. You'll work under our Commercial Manager. Xbite employs 100 staff and our company has a relaxed but focused atmosphere. We have fantastic offices with great facilities like chillout rooms for playing video games or taking time out, and many other brilliant benefits!
We are currently looking to recruit a Manager for our In-House Brands team. You will be responsible for managing a fantastic team of 10, including Buyers and Sales Administration staff, in this ever expanding department. Previous experience of managing a team is preferable, and experience of dealing directly with manufacturers in a buying / procurement role would be an advantage, although this is not essential.
Now for the serious bit. Your responsibilities will include:-
- Coaching, motivating and providing support to the team, optimising individual performance and development.
- Reinforcing the brand by ensuring the desired brand quality standards are met.
- Developing and implementing new processes and procedures.
- Ensuring all department processes and procedures are adhered to.
- Setting department objectives and KPI’s.
- Ensuring department performance remains high and that all KPI’s and objectives are achieved.
- Tracking and reporting on sales and profit performance.
- Promoting the management and control of stock levels and, where necessary, taking action to resolve any concerns.
- Promoting the development of new and existing supplier relationships.
- Promoting collaboration between all internal departments.
- Management of external contractors and their performance against agreed SLA’s.
