Warehouse & Logistics Operations Manager

Warehouse and Operations Logistics Manager - London This role will be to efficiently plan and manage site deliveries for our operations with a view to minimise journeys, keep track of the whereabouts of our plant materials and equipment using our HILTI plant and equipment management software and also manage our car fleet of approximately 30 vehicles and ensure FORS compliance. Training will be provided on our systems but we are looking for a talented individual who will be able to bring his own enthusiasm and knowledge to provide reduction in wasted journeys, broken and lost equipment as well as inspire a sense of accountability and responsibility in our workforce by demonstrating the benefits of implementing systems in improving their work-life balance and reducing work related stress. The ideal candidate should have strong organisational skills, being able to handle IT systems and spread sheets and be well versed with plant and equipment. This role will be reporting to the MD.
