JHE & Partners are recruiting a Sales & Logistics Administrator on behalf of a rapidly expanding business based in North Leeds to join their workforce on a permanent basis.

Job Description
Providing administrative support to Sales, Logistics and the Operations Director, the duties will include:
- Handling incoming calls and email enquiries
- Processing customer orders and stock checks
- Arranging and booking UK and international transport for despatch/delivery
- Checking delivery dates and managing customer expectation
- Obtaining quotes and building relationships with international transport and carrier companies
- Working with the warehouse and logistics companies to work through deliveries and collections
- Handling queries and complaints where appropriate
- Being a brand ambassador at all times
- Other ad hoc duties where necessary
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience working in a customer focused environment
- Experience working within logistics (desirable, not essential)
- Great communication skills both written & verbal
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong administration skills and a keen eye for detail
- A great team ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Desirable Skills and Experience
- Experience within a customer care/services and sales role
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office
Salary and Benefits
- £18,000 - £19,000 Depending on Experience
