Your Role
As a Purchasing & Sales Administrator , once you have completed your training, you will be tasked with supporting our client’s sales and purchasing functions.
Specifically, in this dual role, you’ll obtain product pricing and availability quotes, calculate final pricing and raise orders on SAP to support purchasing. Within the sales support element of your role, you’ll provide product sales histories, check order paperwork and aim to build strong supplier and customer relationships.
Your role will also involve:
- Sending purchase and sales orders to suppliers and customers
- Tracking the status of orders
- Liaising with the Logistics Team
- Dealing with customer and supplier queries
About You
Interested? Although no experience is required, to be considered as a Purchasing & Sales Administrator, you will need:
- To be educated to A-Level standard (or equivalent), ideally to degree level
- To possess, at a minimum, a grade B in GCSE Maths (or equivalent)
- Familiarity with MS Office or general IT competence
