Purchasing Administrator £20,000 - £22,000 Permanent

Your new company
Hays are working alongside a manufacturing company based in Telford who are actively looking for a Purchasing Administrator to join their growing business. This person will be crucial to ensuring support is given to the Purchasing and Logistics Team to ensure maximum efficiency.

Your new role
As a Purchasing Administrator your role will involve:

  • Inputting of materials into SAP
  • Prepare daily works wallets for all production sites.
  • Data entry on SAP.
  • POD chasing and checking
  • Assist the Logistics Manager with raising delivery notes to external distribution providers.
  • Provide cover for the Logistics Administrator in raising sales orders and updating distributors with customer orders.
  • Department filing
  • Ad hoc duties.


What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role you will need the following:

  • Previous experience in this field.
  • Good level of both written and verbal English.
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Computer literate
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure
