Procurement Administrator

As the Procurement Administrator you will have a customer focused approach that requires liaising with all areas of the business to ensure a smooth supply chain operation. Key responsibilities of the Procedure Administrator are:

  • Maximum fulfilment of brokered stock is ordered
  • Forecasting of all demand to ensure correct volume of stocks held on consignment
  • Analysing sales and product performance and sell-through rates to the sales team to assist the development of future sales, as well as providing the necessary reports to key stakeholders to ensure a smooth supply-chain process.
  • The running and checking of self-billing including invoicing and debiting for the suppliers is done on time.
  • Ensuring products are on the system and are correct
  • Ensuring catalogue of products is full and up to dated.
  • Ensuring all key stakeholders in the supply chain are informed of any issues in the supply of brokerage stock.
