Our client is lookign for a Export Coodinator to join their team. You will have excellent communication skills, good telephone manner, very high level of accuracy and attention to detail and be highly organised.
As an Export Coodinator, you will have experience of working within a busy time sensitive environment, working under pressure whilst effectively prioritising workloads.
The Export Coodinator will be responsible to Accounts Manager for:
- Raising all paperwork for despatch of sales orders.
- Arranging despatches (both imports, and UK to UK despatches).
- Bookings and producing documentation for both domestic and export despatches.
- Arranging collection of goods inward as required.
- Liaison with shipping agents to determine best rates, bookings and seeing through to delivery.
- Posting /reconciling materials invoices.
- Posting/reconciling transport invoices.
- Raising invoices for export sales.
- Assisting with other office duties as required.
