An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join our lovely client based in Luton.

The successful candidate will be a part of a small friendly team who are responsible for the day to day purchasing, scheduling and stock control functions of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Output all production orders keeping to tight deadlines
  • Responsible for planning production in the absence of the production planner
  • Issue production labels and orders to the factory
  • Issue weekly picks to the warehouse
  • Add monthly forecasts to the production plan
  • Highlight any stock discrepancies/batch alternations etc.
  • Assist with the annual stock take
  • To provide administration support for the Supply Chain Manager
  • Work within the requirements of the Company Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Undertake other reasonable duties as requested by management
