Supply Chain Manager: As a result of exciting commercial growth a newly created opportunity has become available for an experienced and dynamic Supply Chain Manager, with experience of the Far East market.

Founded in 2010, Chilly’s is driven by their aim of providing people with the ability to always have cold water on-the-go, without having to buy single-use plastic water bottles. The result was the Chilly’s bottle, a modern and stylish product designed to combine the convenience of a plastic water bottle with the eco-friendly benefits of a traditional flask.

In pursuit of our mission to accelerate the adoption and everyday use of reusable products we have now expanded the range to include a wider selection of reusable products with many more exciting products in development!

This new exciting role will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to have a real bearing on the future success of what is already a great team. You will be naturally highly collaborative, bringing good operational excellence and continuous improvement thinking and practice to the whole organisation. Results orientated and confident, with excellent communication skills and the capability to build strong lasting supplier relationships, the successful candidate will focus on setting in place reliable and repeatable processes across the key areas of logistics, production and inventory control.



Key Responsibilities:

Continuously improve our processes so that our product efficiently travels from the factory via our warehouse to our customers meeting specification and quality levels

Develop and implement operational controls to identify potential issues and manage their resolution

Partner with the Merchandising Manager to continually improve our stock operations

Partner with our warehousing and logistics providers to make our processes more efficient and productive

Work with third-party Auditors and Supply Chain specialists to develop plans and take responsibility to facilitate making the necessary improvements

Work collaboratively with our Wholesale and Co-brand teams to support process change to improve efficiency



Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in a similar Supply Chain Management role, working with suppliers based in China and the Far East.

Degree educated

5+ years experience in a relevant industry

Experience of working with third party auditors and supply chain analysts (escorting factory tours in market and managing audit follow up)

Strong Excel skills

A good understanding of the ethical and legal guidelines in the supply chain

Chinese (mandarin) speaker is desirable but not essential
