Warehouse Manager position within a manufacturing business that has an in house distribution function. Based in the Huddersfield area. The client is a Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain specialist.

Description
As Warehouse Manager you will be responsible for:
- Managing a team of 20 including Operatives and Warehouse Supervisors
- Monitoring of your teams KPIs
- Team development - identifying potential progression within your team and optimising that
- Health and safety management
- Accurate and timely planning of volumes to ensure the client's requirements are met
- Ensure all targets are met in a timely and efficient manner
Profile
The successful Warehouse Manager will:
- Brilliant SAP skills
- A proven track record of managing teams of 20
- Knowledge of KPI's and their application
- PC literate
- Reliable and flexible approach to work
- Pro-active and forward thinking approach
- Excellent communication skills
