The Company:
British company supplying goods to Medical and Para-Medical Sector

Main duties:
Manage a portfolio of UK & International customers by providing excellent customer service and increase the company's turnover.

The Role:
- To deal with all sales enquiries.
- To source Products from the UK and abroad, negotiate if required with suppliers.
- To issue Price Quotations in line with company policy, and within agreed margin limits.
- To negotiate terms with customers if and when required.
- To liaise with logistics department and issue invoices.
- To place purchase orders and inform customers about its progress.
- To check order status at all times.
- To issue credit notes according to company policies
- To manage customer accounts and develop sales from new and existing customers.
- To provide an excellent level of service to all customers.
- To produce & present internal reports.
- To maintain and keep all records up-to-date
- To ensure departmental back-ups procedure is followed.

The Candidate:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Additional European languages such as Spanish, Italian, French or German required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Organisational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Adaptability and Flexibility.
- To be concerned for standards.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently.

Salary: £20,000 to £25,000 (DOE)
