To be responsible for all UK & IE pricing / quoting enquiries for Ocean freight ( LCL/FCL & Rail) using the E-Quote Software. This will be for Spot Quotations, Long Term pricing, Renewal of existing quotes, RFQ’s and Overseas Enquiries
- To ensure all Ocean quotes and rates are filed correctly into E-Quote & RCM for access by OPS and to ensure they are available in Tango.
- To work with Customer service teams to ensure all clients rates are maintained in a timely manner and logged into RCM for access in Tango
- To ensure all sales teams are provided with a timely, accurate and competitive product / pricing offering for customers and overseas partners
- To use the E-quote software and ensure all quotations are current, done in a timely fashion and that existing client rates are kept up to date. N/A
- To ensure we quote profitable, competitive rates
- To abide to the Compliance Policies and Procedures of the Company
- Take reasonable care of your own and other peoples Health & Safety in the workplace
- Report hazards in your work or in your work environment that may be putting your or anyone else’s Health & Safety at risk
- In addition to this you are required to carry out any other duties as reasonably requested by your Manager
