The Company:
Our client is a well-established International manufacturer

Main Duties:
Working alongside the Sales and technical team, you will provide first class customer service to their customers worldwide

The Role:
- To log enquiries and follow-up on a regular basis .
- To prepare quotations
- To process orders and track progress through to delivery including packaging and transport
- To respond to customer technical queries, liaising with other departments
- To arrange transport and logistics for UK and International shipments,
- To provide all relevant documentation for international shipments
- To support clients and distributors
- To occasionally travel to trade show (UK and Overseas)

The Candidate:
- Fluent in English and German/French (Written & Spoken) IS ESSENTIAL
- Previous experience in a similar role IS A STRONG ADVANTAGE
- A confident communicator with a passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to travel (Occasional)
- Computer literate

Salary: CIRCA £20,000 pa + Benefits (Xmas shutdown, pension, 24 days Holidays + Bank Holiday)
