Our client an international freight forwarder is now looking for an Export Clerk to join their busy team. You will be involved in the following -
- To be able to work independently within the export process
- Dealing with predominately Air/Courier shipment with some sea and road
- Knowledge and experience of Customs and documentation an advantage
- Being responsible for customer contacts
- Assist in supplier and customer queries
- Assure timely billing as per company policy
- Deal with all customer issues
- Correct flow of documentation
Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Able to manage own working time effectively
- Some experience within the shipping/freight industry
