This company are well-established and specialise in the manufacture of a range of precision engineered products serving the medical industry. They are rapidly expanding and are now looking for someone to take charge and maintain the continual success within their business.

In this role you will be driving and overseeing the specific business unit. You will work to improve and ensure there is a strong manufacturing strategy in place which will work to drive the business efficiently and for the long term for the company.

This role would suit someone from a manufacturing background, with excellent leadership skills and project management skills looking for a leading role in a global company.

The role:

• Leading role, ensuring all processes are being reached
• Delivering and driving all of the company's goals
• Identifying and implementing continuous improvements across all areas of the business

The person:

• Experience managing a large work force in a manufacturing environment
• Excellent leadership skills and project management experience
• Degree qualified and/or years served in an operational leadership position
