Our client are one of the leaders in their sector, with over 75 shipping transport offices worldwide, they now have a position available for a Export Customer Services Assistant in the Laindon Office, paying up to £25,000 per year.

Role includes: ( but not limited to)

Quoting, Booking, negotiating pickup rates with hauliers, trouble shooting for customers, follow up on quotes.

The customer services desk is the front line for their export product so it is important that the right candidate enjoys talking to customers, building a rapport with them and always have a smile on when talking to customers.

The right candidate will have to work efficiently, accurately (as mistakes can be very costly), able to multitask and be a good team player.

Requirements:

Knowledge of LCL 

Knowledge of Export

Knowledge of Booking up deliveries
