Our client is a market leading company based near to Bicester. They are a manufacturer of navigational equipment for multiple industries. Due to expansion they are now looking to acquire the services of a Part Time Export Administrator to work in their team. This is a fantastic opportunity, with genuine variety
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing the customs documentation in line with legal procedures.
- Ensuring the paperwork for shipments is completed accurately.
- Checking the documentation for import and export declarations.
- Resolving any potential queries whilst liaising with other departments.
- Filing all documentation.
- Receiving customer orders.
- Processing sales invoices using the company software.
- Managing and maintaining digital and hard copy records when required.
- Being the point of contact for internal and external customers.
- Assisting with compliance procedures.
- Ensuring that all customers are kept informed and up to date with the progress of their order.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Must enjoy being a part of a team as well as working individually.
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience.
- Computer literate. Including Microsoft office and in house systems.
- Good communication skills.
- Due to the location of this role, a driving licence is essential.
Additional Information:
- This is a part-time role working from 09:00 to 13:00, Monday to Friday.
