Reports to:

Supply Chain Manager

Purpose of Role:

To raise purchase orders for materials, operational equipment and sub-contract operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To assist with the routine operations of the Purchasing department.
  • Ensure the smooth running of the day to day functions of the office by raising and processing purchase requisitions and chasing deliveries.
  • Building and maintaining outstanding relationships whilst logging and tracking supplier performance.
  • Track and manage sub-contractor deliveries.
  • Provide any other general administrative support to the team as may be required.
  • To support the company’s continuous improvement programme.
  • To perform all reasonable requests made by management.

  • Supplier focused with strong interpersonal skills
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Outstanding communication with good interpersonal skills at all levels
  • High attention to detail
  • Ensure high quality customer service levels
  • You will have excellent written and oral communication skills and a positive approach to all areas of your work
  • Excel knowledge essential
  • Would suit a school leaver
