As Commercial Property Agent, you will work with a well-established agency team that specialise in office disposals, focusing on developing new instructions in the West End. You will have proven experience and a network of local landlords and industry contacts to develop new instructions, as well as working on the firm’s existing book.

Commercial Property Agent - key requirements:

  • 5 + years’ Commercial Property Agency experience
  • Ideally MRICS qualified although not essential
  • Strong communication and negotiating talents
  • Ability to win and close business
  • Highly driven approach
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Experience using a CRM database

Commercial Property Agent - key responsibilities:

  • Undertaking leasing and purchases (focusing on office acquisitions)
  • New business
  • Executing marketing strategy and forming and executing acquisition strategies for clients
  • Updating CRM database
