Just Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Sales Office Purchasing Co-ordinator to join a leading international manufacturer of building construction materials, to be based in their Ipswich branch.

Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
£20,500 + Extensive Benefits:

Key Duties:
Sales/purchase order processing
Preparing quotations
Invoicing
Processing sales/purchase orders
Data input
Extensive customer focused telephone liaison
Warehouse and haulage contractors to organise deliveries
Ability to adapt approach to diverse range of contacts; Contractors, suppliers and
internal personnel
Inter-company communications
Reception - telephone support
Direct liaison with suppliers
Checking and monitoring stock levels and controlling accordingly
Schedule and organise deliveries
General administrative duties

The Candidate will be dealing with stock control, specialist sales and suppliers directly, so previous experience in a similar environment essential.
