Master Data Manager
Salary: Up To £35,000 per annum
Hours: 7am - 4pm
Our client is a national fast-paced food manufacturer to the FMCG Industry, looking to ensure the smooth and accurate running of our ERP system. They now require a Master Data Manager to take full ownership of the ERP system and data. The system has been implemented and is operational, however requires an individual to explore the development of functions that are currently not being utilised.
Reporting to the Directors and management of an analyst, the role will also look to improve the scope and use of the ERP system in line with the company’s requirements. Finally this role will also be responsible for monitoring and challenging the performance of the site based on Standards & KPIs and will look to implement improvements based on their analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Master data in the ERP system
- Ensure the smooth running of the ERP system
- Look to improve the scope and use of the ERP system
- Setup, monitor, review and challenge Standards and KPIs
- Analyse, report and challenge variances against Standards and KPIs
- Help with the costing process for Existing and New SKUs
- Continuously look to improve business performance trough cost saving / business improvement projects

- Timely and accurate information for Costings
Skills & Experience
Previous Experience
- Minimum of 2 years working in a similar role
Working Environment
Time shared equally between Office and Factory floor
Professional Qualifications
- A levels or equivalent
Skills and Knowledge
- Experience of ERP systems, Master data and Standards costing
- Experience with Shop Floor Data Capture systems
- Ability to drive improvements through the business units
- Experience of Costing process
- Advanced Excel skills
Desirable
- Experience of SAP ERP system
- Experience of Sage X3 ERP system
- Experience of Lean management
- Project management skills
