8am-5pm

I am seeking an individual who is experienced in both Warehouse and Logistics for a Small Local Manufacturing / Production Client in Halesworth. Ideally, you will also have Administration experience and strong IT skills for our client and able to manage a small team.

Please note that a vehicle is essential for this role due to location.

Roles and responsibilities include-

  • Overseeing & entering orders onto the IT system
  • In charge of despatch ensuring that customers requirements and deliveries/ orders are correct
  • Preparing drivers’ daily manifests
  • Responsible for maintenance & servicing of company vehicles
  • Monthly stocktakes
  • Assisting the admin team with Accounts, Invoice queries
  • Keeping accurate records of orders
  • Coordination with the production team
