We are currently recruiting for our market leading client based in Maidenhead; they are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their UK Customer Service team. The successful candidate will provide premium customer service and be a key interface between the company and specific customer(s) / channels for domestic order processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for Supply Chain queries and improvements Seasonal and monthly visits to understand retailer's critical paths and ensure we are working towards their objectives, including KPI's.
  • Proactive and timely liaison with retailers regarding status of domestic orders.
  • Order taking and management of Domestic orders to customer ship dates and monthly sales targets.
  • Ensure pricing, pack size, wave, or mix and delivery dates are correct, allocate stock, build cost-effective loads and make delivery appointments in line with retailer's delivery specifications.
  • Effective and timely liaison with other departments to fulfil duties especially sales, Customer finance, distribution centre and planning

Key Skills Required:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar, seasonal, fast paced manufacturing / distribution organisation. Alternatively retailing. Broader supply chain experience in logistics / planning would be beneficial.
  • Intermediate - advanced Excel
  • Numerate with accurate data entry skills
  • Strong organisational skills / ability to prioritise
  • Strong communication skills
