Mosaic Recruitment are pleased to be representing a well-established company based in Hoddesdon who are a leader within their field.

We are looking for somebody who wants to learn and take on more responsibility, has the initiative to work alone and ideally has at least 1 years’ experience as a Buyers Assistant. You will be supporting the Buying Manager and the sales team.

  • Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
  • Research new suppliers
  • Raise purchase orders for both stock and non-stock items
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
  • Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition
  • Liaise with warehouse staff to make them aware of goods inwards arrival
  • Process warehouse production sheets on the system
  • Liaise with internal departments when required
  • Handle the goods in and out processes on the system
  • Complete/support actions delegated from the Buyers
  • Update internal systems accurately
