Mosaic Recruitment are pleased to be representing a well-established company based in Hoddesdon who are a leader within their field.
We are looking for somebody who wants to learn and take on more responsibility, has the initiative to work alone and ideally has at least 1 years’ experience as a Buyers Assistant. You will be supporting the Buying Manager and the sales team.

- Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
- Research new suppliers
- Raise purchase orders for both stock and non-stock items
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
- Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition
- Liaise with warehouse staff to make them aware of goods inwards arrival
- Process warehouse production sheets on the system
- Liaise with internal departments when required
- Handle the goods in and out processes on the system
- Complete/support actions delegated from the Buyers
- Update internal systems accurately
